Custom Aluminum Extrusion Profiles

Profiles for fabrication and assembly

Yanerfei reviews custom aluminum profile enquiries for window fabricators, building-materials distributors, contractors and equipment buyers. Start with the section drawing, intended application and required supply condition so that the quotation covers the part you actually need.

Aluminum finish and colour reference samples

Surface-finished profiles

Specify the requested anodizing or coating, colour reference, visible faces and sample approval requirements. Finish suitability is reviewed for the intended environment.

Examples of machined aluminum components

Cut and machined components

Define cut lengths, holes, slots, threads, end preparation and critical interfaces. The agreed drawing and inspection plan define the finished component.

Aluminum heat sink profile reference

Application-specific sections

Share the assembly and application, including equipment or heat-sink requirements. A reference image does not establish dimensional capability or thermal performance.

Define the profile before comparing prices

Section and length
Provide a dimensioned cross-section, units, drawing revision and cut length. Mark mating features and dimensions that affect the assembly.
Alloy and temper
State the required material designation and specification. If these are undecided, describe the application for a feasibility review.
Tolerances and finish
Identify critical tolerances, visible surfaces, colour, gloss and masking areas. Say whether dimensions apply before or after finishing.
Volume and destination
Separate trial quantity, first production order and estimated repeat demand. Include the destination city or port and requested delivery window.

Choose the supply condition

Profiles for local fabrication

Discuss the required lengths, surface treatment and identification. Your local workshop completes the fabrication and assembly operations agreed as outside our scope.

Prepared components

Add machining, deburring, finishing and individual part marking to the enquiry. Confirm the inspection method and packaging for cosmetic or critical surfaces.

Samples, tooling and order approval

Ask the quotation to distinguish tooling, sample work, unit price, machining, finish and packing where applicable. Minimum quantity, die feasibility, sample timing and production lead time are confirmed for the actual section and order, not assumed from a generic catalogue.

Agree the drawing revision, sample acceptance criteria and required inspection documents before releasing production. Any project-specific certification or performance evidence must be reviewed for the intended application; this page does not imply a universal approval.

Before you request a quotation

Can I start with a photograph or sample?

A photograph can explain the appearance and a sample can help discuss fit. A reproducible quotation still needs dimensions, material, finish and quantity. Tell us what is missing so the drawing requirements can be clarified.

Are profiles supplied as complete windows or pergolas?

Not by default. Profiles, machined parts, assembly kits and finished units are different scopes. The quotation and component list must identify the included glass, hardware, accessories and assembly work.

How are packing and delivery arranged?

Provide the destination and handling requirements. Confirm bundle or box preferences, surface protection, labels, package dimensions and the agreed delivery term in the quotation.
